WHY NEBULIZE ?
     Three years ago, Dr. Marx poineered the use of the nebulizer with colloidal silver. Since then this procedure has become widely accepted for use with virtually every respiratory problem. After nearly three years of clinical applications on a multitude of patients, from the very young to the very elderly, and feedback from customers who have purchased their own nebulizers for personal use, results have ranged from excellent to 'near miraculous'!
    Since the lungs have about 750 square feet of surface area, finely interlaced with pulmonary capilaries circulating blood at about 9 liters per minute, and less than 1 micron of tissue barrier, nebulizing is the fastest and most effective method of getting CS into the system.
NOTE: When nebulizing CS, the 'bio-availability' (BA) of the product used is very important. The higher the BA of the CS the better, as a low BA will not be able to penetrate to the blood and will remain in the lungs. Nebulizing CS should not be overdone; a short period of 2-3 times per day for a respiratory problem and a single session bi-weekly to monthly for periodic respiratory maintenance.

COLLOIDAL SILVER, CS PRO, and the FDA!
A GENERAL NOTE ON COLLOIDAL SILVER!
    For 11+ years we have been working full time, experimenting with everything from Low Voltage to Ultra High Voltage current, from straight DC to low and very high frequency AC. The objective has been to design, develop, test, and improve the processes for producing CS. The ultimate goal has been to improve the quality and efficacy of CS.
   The efficacy of the "product" is then verified by "researching and working with CS in the field", and comparing results with several other types of products. This has been accomplished, over a several year period, in various clinical environments (both in the US and abroad), by conducting numerous case studies, and through feedback from our substantial customer base. Over the years we have seen CS (particularly ours), perform successfully on everything from "A to Z", including numerous situations where the "medical professionals" had tried everything at their disposal, and given up!
COLLOIDAL SILVER DOES WORK!! NO ONE KNOWS HOW!!
   Exactly how does colloidal silver work? I have a "theory", but I do not know specifically, and neither does anyone else! There are a multitude of detailed questions which arise about colloidal silver, most prompted by the "garbage information", and the reply is the same. The problem is that too many try to answer these questions using imperfect science, techno-gobbledygook, and marketing hype. IN FACT, no one knows the correct answers to these questions. Any CS will work, to a degree. Why, or how one works better than another, no one knows exactly. Clinical evaluation can 'comparatively' separate the best from the others, different 'characteristics' can be identified, but the 'WHY', and the 'HOW', is still unknown. Anyone (today) claiming to have these answers should be regarded with suspicion.
WHY DON'T WE PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT CS?
   Simple question but no easy answer. In one word - the FDA! I hope you can surmise from articles I feature on my site that I have no special love for the FDA. In fact, I have extreme disdain for a bureaucratic organization which is so influenced by 'Big Money' and the 'Power Brokers', which spends so much time and effort regulating the (seemingly?) insignificant while allowing the dangerous and deadly to circulate with impunity! Nevertheless, they DO HAVE THE POWER, and as such must be reckoned with!
   Keep in mind that the FDA has not APPROVED colloidal silver as "safe and effective", for ANYTHING, per Section 201(p) of the FFDCA* (the Act) [21 USC 355(a)]! Therefore, anyone making any therapeutic claim for colloidal silver is in direct violation of Section 201(g) of the Act [21 USC321(g)], and in doing so implies intended use as a "drug", making it illegal. Colloidal silver is classified as a Dietary Supplement under DSHEA**. Making these claims converts it to a "drug". Since it is not approved, it becomes illegal! Additionally, as a Dietary Supplement, CS is intended only for 'ingestion', so any claim for a "topical" application again makes it a "drug", and again illegal! This gets very complex so I will leave it at this.

THE FDA SITUATION - IN LAYMANS TERMS!
   "Not generally recognized as safe and effective (a.k.a. approved) for a specific application" DOES NOT mean harmful and dangerous! "The FDA approves new drugs on the basis of scientific data (studies) submitted by a drug sponsor to demonstrate that the drug is safe and effective". All this means is that no one has invested the money and resources necessary to provide this data in an FDA acceptable format, for approval! As long as there is no potential for 'control', or 'return on investment', it is unlikely these studies will ever be done. NOTE: IF colloidal silver was even suspected of being unsafe or harmful, it would have been banned long ago!
   As you can see, the FDA has absolutely NOTHING AGAINST colloidal silver itself! Their 'position' is entirely against those not complying with all rules and regulations in the marketing, promotion, and distribution of colloidal silver. This includes product contents, labeling, catalogs, brochures, audio and video tapes, Internet sites, or any other circumstances surrounding the distribution of the product. This category includes better than 95% of the CS businesses today, large and small!
CS PRO AND THE FDA!
   To insure compliance, CS PRO works directly with the FDA in developing our products and labels! I know it is difficult and upsetting for many, new to colloidal silver, not being able to find volumes of information about CS on our site. Imagine our own difficulty in selling products we cannot talk about! We have a huge long term investment in, and commitment to, colloidal silver. It would not make very good sense to blatantly ignore the FDA for the sake of a few sales. We intend to be here "after the smoke clears"! Our decision has been to comply with the FDA in every possible way. We designed our new business model for Health Care Professionals, those who already know enough about CS to make 'informed decisions', or those willing to conduct their research elsewhere and return here to shop for the best products, prices, support, and services available anywhere in the CS industry. Currently, over 40% of our business consists of 'old customers' who have been with us for years, and 65% of our 'new customers' are referrals! I personally believe that these two categories of customers speak volumes about CS PRO.

An amazing number of people neither want or know how to do things better nor make things better. As far as I can see, their only aim in life is to make others notice them, one way or another. One can make himself noticable in all sorts of ways, but certainly not all of them are good ways."
    Promoting ignorance (which breeds confusion) about colloidal silver, for the sake of sales, is not a "good way"!

    My goal is to demonstrate 'our' "dedication, experience, and credibility". Evaluate it on your own terms. That is why we bring you "inside with pictures". I find it surprising that few notice the LACK of this of 'visual confirrmation' from others. 'They' show many pictures of "things", but they are reluctant to show their "basement or garage" workshop!
    Use your common sense and best judgement. "Caveat Emptor"! I will answer all 'real' questions. The only dumb question is the one not asked!

EXPLANATION

 CS PRO has been developing and marketing the most technologically advanced CS processes and systems for nearly 15 years and producing the highest quality CS, at the lowest price anywhere, for over 12 years. Our facility is inspected and licensed by the Texas Department of Health and every batch is laboratory analyzed to guarantee content, quality and consistency.
   Our "Col-Sil" product has been proven in continuous clinical use and by thousands of satisfied customers worldwide. Our 'proven efficacy' is superior to any other CS product on the market!
   Over the past year we have seen an increase in the number of 'returns' from a few new customers  who order first, do their research later, and then based on 'internet hype', change their mind!
   Since we will not 're-sell' any returned CS product (policy), all returns are a total LOSS, which increases our costs and necessitates price increases. This is not fair to our loyal customers who have been with us for years! Therefore, to aviod having to penalize our regular customers with higher prices, we have been forced to initiate this policy.

WARRANTIES

COLLOIDAL SILVER ("Col-Sil")
   Our "Col-Sil" product is warranted to be manufactured using only the purest de-ionized water and .999+ fine silver, produced and bottled in a Texas Department of Health inspected and licensed facility, and laboratory analyzed to contain 10 PPM (-0, +0.2 PPM) of silver in a stable colloidal suspension.
   Use and/or results for any application are not guaranteed and no claims are made, other than to state that "Col-Sil" "Supports and Helps Maintain a Healthy Immune System", as approved by the USFDA. No other warranties, either expressed or implied, apply.
   There are no returns or refunds for liquid colloidal silver products (Please - do your research before ordering)!

CS PRO "MHVAC Colloidal Silver Systems"
   All colloidal silver systems (UP-16, UP-48 and MAX) manufactured by CS PRO are warrantied against manufacturers defects for 1 year from date of purchase. All of our systems are individually assembled and tested. They are sold as 'custom devices' and, as such, do not have UL, CE, or any other type of certification.

REPAIR / RETURN INFORMATION

 Any system returned for ANY reason must have an RA# on the package. You can obtain an RA# by simply calling CS PRO at 210-626-2546 during normal business hours.

   ALL returns are subject to inspection upon receipt of the system. If returning for credit, additional deductions will be made for any part of the 'package' which is missing or not in 'new' condition.  The customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs and the condition of the returned merchandise when received by CS PRO.  Insurance is highly recommended!  We will adjust for additional uninsured damage!

CS PRO "MHVAC Colloidal Silver Systems"
   Any system returned for 'WARRANTY REPAIRS' within 1 year from date of purchase will be repaired at no cost to the customer. The customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs and the condition of the returned merchandise when received by CS PRO.  CS PRO will cover return shipping of the repaired system. Insurance is highly recommended!  We will charge for additional uninsured shipping damage!
   Any system returned for 'NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS' will be inspected and a 'repair cost estimate' communicated to the customer. Repairs will be performed upon acceptance of estimate. The customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs and the condition of the returned merchandise when received by CS PRO.  Shipping charges for return to customer will be included with the repair estimate. Insurance is highly recommended!  We will charge for additional uninsured shipping damage!

   Any system returned for 'CREDIT' within 15 days from date of purchase, in 'new and unused' condition, will be reimbursed the purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the returned merchandise when received by CS PRO. Insurance is highly recommended!  We will deduct for uninsured shipping damage!
   Any system returned for 'CREDIT' within 30 days from date of purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus, if used, the price of the used set of electrodes and any 'missing or non-reusable' parts. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the returned merchandise when received by CS PRO. Insurance is highly recommended!  Deductions will be made for uninsured shipping damage!
   No returns for 'credit' will be allowed beyond 30 days from date of purchase.

   No returns will be accepted by CS PRO without an "RA Number" on the package. You can obtain an RA# by simply calling CS PRO at 210-626-2546 during normal business hours.

OTHER MANUFACTURERS PRODUCTS (OMP)
   Any (OMP) products sold by, but not manufactured by, CS PRO (ie. water test meters, timers, etc.) are subject to the warranties of their respective manufacturers. You must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service/repairs arrangements.  Nebulizers should be returned to CS PRO for manufacturers warranty service.
   Any OMP returned for 'credit' within 15 days from date of purchase, 'new and unused', in unopened packaging, will be refunded the full purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns after 30 days.
   No returns will be accepted without an "RA Number" on the package. You can obtain an RA# by calling CS PRO at 210-626-2546 during normal business hours. The shipper is responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the returned merchandise when received by CS PRO. Insurance is highly recommended!
